After a long hospital stay and miles of travel, I found it even more taxing to find someplace to help me make arrangements for my loved one’s final journey. Here we were, miles from home and not a friendly voice to be found. Of all the contacts we made, no one was even kind, let alone helpful. It seemed like they could quote a crazy overpriced option, but that must have an imposition. Finding Richard at Alternative Cremation was such a blessing when we needed him. Always so kind, he answered every question and offered uncomplicated solutions for a sad and tired family. He was always available for every need. They don’t handle life insurance, but the reasonable costs allowed me to manage it from my bank account. I would recommend Richard to everyone.

Richard was very understanding with our needs. My mother passed away four hours from home and he worked with us. He is very compassionate and respectful. He explained the whole process to us and worked with us every step of the way.
