What people are saying

Used All-Dry at our business to replace rim joists and lift a building with great results. I've since referred them to two local churches for water abatement issues. Each time, Nick and his crew did a fantastic job, timely and at a reasonable cost.

Representative Ian Carr came to our home and developed a plan to stop water leaks in our basement. We were happy with the work and the professionalism of Ian. He was great to work with. I would recommend All-Dry out of Nashville to anyone with water problems in their basement.

I contracted All Dry Basement Systems to repair my foundation from hydrostatic water damage on 01/05/2017. I operated a mini excavator and dug out six feet from my wall foundation the entire length of the back and one side of my house down to the footer. All Dry Systems, Nick and Dwain along with their crew prepaired the outside foundation wall and applied the Blue Max product, then installed a very heavy millimeter membrane over the Blue Max. They attatched the membrane to the top of the foundation with a track system and screws. they laid out the membrane down the wall over the footer and across the ground in the six foot wide trench I excavated. the crew laid a four inch drain tile/pipe along the entire trench, covered the pipe with twentyfour inches of #57 gravel which I supplied the single axle dump truck and drove to the quarry to get the material.the crew covered the gravel with a breathable/drainable fabric to filter out the dirt and let the drainage water pass through and get to the pipe. I back filled around the outside of the foundation myself. Nick, Dwain and the crew then started on the inside work. Due to the improper drain system installed by the incompetent builder, the foundation failed causing catastrophic failure. This caused a horizontal crack one half inch wide and ran the entire length of the house, with spider cracks running vertically the entire length of the horizontal crack. This cracking let the foundation wall buckle and move in about one and a half inches. The crew used I beams and bottle jacks to true up the wall. they ground out the cracks filled those with an epoxy and installed metal staples to secure from future cracking. The crew also installed nine I beams that bolted into the basement floor, ran vertically and secured into the floor joists with through bolt system, about two feet apart to sure up the wall from future movement. Its been three years and all is working properly. I live in the Northern Ky area and we have had the most rainfall that I can remember. Two weeks ago six inches of rain fell all day, NO LEAKS!!!. Last week we had three inches of rain fall in just 20 minutes, thats right 20 minutes, and NO LEAKS!!! I couldn"t be more happy with the results. I would like to say thank you to All Dry Systems for the great work. Nick and Dwain are great to work with, understanding their customers and explaining their processes and procedures all the way. Nick and Dwain, I can't thank you guys enough for coming all the way to Northern Ky to take care of my very unique situation, YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
