Albany Stoves

I have a Kuma fireplace insert that's no longer made. I needed to replace the cracked ceramic baffles but was unable to find the exact bricks required. The proprietor of Albany Stoves saved me a lot of money explaining how to order myself, avoiding the dealer markup I'd have to have paid if he had ordered on my behalf. If I ever need a new stove, there's no question whom I'll choose. Thank you for being such a stand-up guy!

They did a great job replacing two wood stoves. The stoves are high quality and the work was fast and clean.

Tremendously informative and helpful with a great sense of customer satisfaction. Each time I needed a specific part I was treated professionally and met my requirements rapidly.
