I recently took part in a 1.5 hour self defense class and it was fantastic. I learned many techniques and we had plenty of time to practice and to also ask questions. Master Kevin and Chuck were great instructors. Highly recommend!

He is amazing! My parents have been going to him and I have been so proud of my mom for working hard especially with her health issues and Kevin has given my parents their strength back. It’s amazing to hear my parents so happy for the hard work they put into it and Kevin is the one who helped them.
Kevin is AMAZING!!! I struggle with some health issues and Kevin works around them and is understanding, He always brings out my best!!! I have recommended many people as they have seen what training here has done for me, This system will teach you self defense as well as self respect. Our whole family has trained in this system and I highly recommend!!!
