I just returned home from my almost 2000 mile round trip to Albany RV located in Albany, Oregon to pick up my new 2024 Outdoors RV, 25RDS trailer. We negotiated the sale by phone, text and internet before I decided to buy this quality trailer. The requests I had were somewhat complex, I needed a solar system with inverter installed (I got a very fair offer for this installation). I also needed my Lithium batteries with RV Lock Box installed the day of pick up, as well as my Equalizer Sway Bar set up between my pick up and new trailer. The seasoned team of RV Consultant Jessica Gumbo, RV Technicians,, Jason, and Kevin were ready for me at 9 AM and we not only completed the paper work, walk through and installations but here I am with ready to get on the road by 1pm in a cold windy rain no less. All I can say is what a team they are at Albany RV. They know their business and make what could have been a high stress sale a very enjoyable experience. So honest & thoughtful to my situation, even offered other options & saving me substantial expenses. Staff goes above and beyond in customer service, being friendly, listening & compassionate.. First time I was running late and arrived after closing. Staff came to the door and asked if they could help me with something? Invited me in, answered my questions and concerns. Rick Took his time in helping me find the products that I needed, and where I could get parts & products waiting to be restocked & I needed to repair my RV. Don't waste your time, money, effort or gas with Sweet Home RV. Sweet Home RV lie, cheat & rude. Quote 1 price on service then jack the price 5 times higher. Love Albany RV, their honesty & advice has been spot on. Thank you again Rick & other staff members for being so kind & helpful. ✌️🫵👌
