Albany Pet Hotel

I've been taking my pets to Albany pet hotel forever!! Whenever I've gone somewhere else because I can't get in with them, I'm terribly disappointed. The groomer is extraordinary! She recently groomed my two small dogs who were horribly horribly matted and there was a question whether they could be done safely, or whether they'd need to be taken to the vet for shaving. The groomer managed to groom them beautifully and perfectly! No scrapes or irritation, my doggies were happy and not at all traumatized. She is a miracle worker! I will get her name to add to this post when I get a chance.😊💕😊💕😊

When my sister died at the end of June, she left behind an anxious, grieving dog. Frannie is a rescue animal who bonded deeply with my sister and needed experienced handlers to deal with her various quirks. The day her owner did not return from the hospital, Frannie wouldn't leave her pillow next to my sister's bed; the following morning she refused to leave her place next to my sister's chair in the office. At a loss for how to help Frannie, we called the Albany Pet Hotel. The folks there were very supportive and understanding of our situation. They came to the house and were able to take Frannie back to the familiar kennel where she had stayed frequently towards the end of my sister's life. The folks at the Pet hotel have show great compassion and sensitivity towards us as well as Frannie. Many professional dog people who considered themselves experts had been unable to work with Frannie. However, Frannie loves the folks at the Pet Hotel! The staff is currently looking for a suitable new home for Frannie. We are very grateful that Frannie has had great care and is currently contented in the loving space provided for her at the Pet Hotel. Albany is lucky to have such a wonderful place for people to board their pets when the need arises!

I brought my 4 month old golden doodle in for a nail trim. They were friendly and made it very easy for me and the puppy. They offer walk in service, and it only took about 10 minutes total.
