Albany Healing Motion Physical Therapy

I would highly recommend seeing a PT at Healing Motion Physical Therapy. I've received incredibly helpful care from Molly Ann. Each visit I leave with a better understanding of why my body has fallen into painful movement patterns, practice & insight into what I can do to improve those patterns in a practical manner, and feel empowered to make progress towards health goals. The staff here have created a welcoming space and I appreciate the patient & personalized care I've received. If you are in need of physical therapy, I trust these knowledgeable & skilled professionals will take great care of those needs.

It is easy to see by all of the Five-Star reviews that good things are happening at Albany Healing Motion Physical Therapy. You feel welcome from the first moment you enter. Music can be heard playing softly in the background creating a nice casual vibe. :) Bright and open space with clean, modern equipment. Workout area has a comfortable cushioned floor. Mirrored area so that you can see yourself and self-correct while you are learning new techniques. Not your old-school physical therapy where you are passed off to an aide, do a few exercises and then sit with that ice pack for last 10 or 15 minutes of your visit. These are Doctorate level health professionals and their specialty is movement. They stay with you for your visit analyzing, and realistically helping you improve your movements so you can get back to moving better and enjoying your activities. Highly recommended!

Dr. Mann was outstanding in understanding and mitigating my physical challenges before and after total hip replacement surgery. He is a great listener and also helped me recognize how to help myself without um…overdoing it. The front staff is also outstanding—great encouragement, plus scheduling superpowers!
