Albany Eyecare

I’ve been meaning to write this review for awhile because they deserve kudos! Albany Eyecare was fabulous! I’m not local and was visiting family nearby during the summer when one contact lens broke. I had a fairly tight timeframe and needed it replaced as soon as possible. None of the other places could even fit me in. these guys and gals were the epitome of customer service. They were able to fit me in, order the rigid gas permeable lens and get it within 2 days (!) and help me with my frames as well. They were thoroughly professional and so friendly! I got the best impression of Albany based on my interactions with them.

I have been a customer of Albany Eyecare for many years. It is a professional but friendly office. The staff is always helpful, especially Jan! Thanks for always providing great customer service year after year!

I like this place. Their staff are patient, and Dr. Berry is awesome. Recently, I sent them an email asking some of my concerns, and Dr. Berry replied to me pretty quick, and gave me the information I need. Thank you :)
