Haven't taken delivery yet -- but I will update once I do! Called in for a box order -- sales person was knowledgeable and professional and knew everything I didn't about packaging! Better prices than competitors and better service than the other places I quoted from... These folks are the real deal... I know where I'm buying my packaging from now on. UPDATE — Nothing changed I’m a happy long term customer. Great service, prices and custom size boxes too! Thanks Albany Box Company.

Absolutely love working with this company. Boxes are fantastic quality, leadtimes are excellent, pricing is amazing, and GM Karen H is always making sure things are right. I am a happy customer of ABCBox.
I run a small business that ships sensitive and fragile equipment overseas on occasion. We switched to Albany Box company about 2 years ago. Great customer service over the phone! Their delivery drivers are especially polite. The quality of crate and competitive pricing is unmatched. We here at Chiller Uptime Technologies highly recommend this company. Keep up the good work.
