Alaina Legendre ® Realtor

Alaina is fantastic. She was With us every step of the way making sure our needs were in the best interest for us. As a seller and a buyer she knows real estate. We Will Choose Her again if ever needed

What can I not say about Alaina, she is amazing! She has gone above and beyond for anything I could have ever expected. We bought a house from out of state, not only did she answer all of my insane questions, she also video/FaceTime toured all of the houses. Even after closing, she was still proactive in us accomplishing our follow- up care of the house, and she continued to check in with us. She did everything with complete respect, genuine care, and total honesty. I would never use another Realtor after my interactions with her. I hope all future clients work with Alaina, you would not go wrong at all!!!!

Alaina was amazing...process was so simple, she walked us through timing of putting our house on the market, staging our home, setting a fair price, showings, signing the deal to closing. We sold our home in 6 days with a full price offer. I always felt like she was our advocate. Highly recommend her if you are buying or selling a home.
