He even came with the installers to make sure everything was completed perfectly and that the work was done 100% right.

As a GM for a Hilton property, I always look for great customer service, and Casey and his team delivered exactly that. From the very first call, to the site visit at my home for measurements, all the way through installation, the experience was seamless. The price was fair, and the lead times for both measuring and installation were exactly as he quoted during the slab-selection process. The stone is the stone, and the price is the price but what many companies fail to understand is that customer service costs $0. Casey doesn’t just price for the job; he prices for the relationship.
