Aire Serv of Boise

I had an exceptional experience with Aire Serv of Boise. Both over the phone and in the home. Marco, the technician, went out to our rental property to provide services and was professional, prompt, and courteous. I really appreciated the updates with his ETA and how smoothly everything was handled. Bob was absolutely incredible to work with! He went above and beyond for both our tenants and myself, ensuring everything was taken care of with care and attention. The follow-up conversations were impeccable, and the level of customer service exceeded all expectations. I’ll definitely be using Aire Serv of Boise for my homes moving forward and will be recommending them to friends and family as well. Highly impressed and truly grateful for their outstanding service!

Aire serv was absolutely amazing. They got our dampers fixed instantly and every single phone call, text, email, etc was extremely friendly and professional! We are renters but will absolutely be using them for many years to come when we purchase our new home. I couldn’t recommend Aire Serv & TJ the technician more!!

Marco was friendly and professional. He patiently answered all of our questions. He took to time to go over the repair made and offered several suggestions for maintenance, making our heater run better and lasting longer. We highly recommend AireServ, especially their technician Marco.
