All personnel, from front desk, and techs to attending physician l encountered at Aiello Eye Institute were personable, attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful with tiniest detail in making me comfortable throughout my waiting time, to examination and scheduling further appointments and preparation for surgery. I am very impressed with the way my questions were answered and how effortlessly l was put at ease. I want to thank each and every personnel l recently encountered.

This institute has the best medical workers as well as an excellent surgical department. From day one i received the utmost care regarding my eyes. Evaluation,scheduling and followup. I am very happy with my cateract surgery. My initial eye doctor at Ft. Yuma Indian hospital was instrumental in referring to the best care possible. A very happy camper!

I’ve had my first appointment to determine my need for cataract surgery. Next step is to decide what to do. I appreciate the doctor’s honesty relative to how much correction to expect. I am disappointed that office follow up is via text rather than email. Appointment confirmation is fine but watching videos and asking for reviews via text/phone is quite a challenge for anyone who is visually challenged.
