We’ve known Bill and used his professional services since he first set up shop in Bend around 1995. We’ve become good friends over that period of time mainly because he is so honest, straight-forward, and professional in his dealings with his customers. 27 years and not one bad experience! For the last five years or so when our daughters moved back to Bend and have owned their homes Bill has also been their choice when they need irrigation help. Bill does the annual blowouts, is always willing to come by with advice or help if an irrigation problem arises, and . . . best of all . . . if you pay attention to what he is doing he will teach you pretty much all you need to know to keep your system up and running and your yards and flower beds in good shape. Add to all this that he is a genuinely nice person, easy to talk with, and he truly does want his customers to be happy with his work and understand how their systems work. We’re in deep stuff when Bill decides to finally hang it up but when that time comes I’m guessing he will have suggestions for us on where we can go next.
