Had to have old split system replaced this Spring 03/17. They did a great job by taking the time to to explain to me the best options within my budget range. They had to retrofit the closet area so the air handler would fit just right. Everything they said they would do was completed, and done very professionally! Very pleased with the install, system works flawlessly! The office manager Christie has always quick to respond to my emails concerning anything. Three years later, now 2016, and my previous review below is still the same with great quality service, parts, people, and patience! Previous review: We have used Advanced HCR over the years and they have always done an excellent job everytime at a reasonable price. They take the time to explain what they see, what needs to be done and why. Occasionally I have had to use another company because they were booked up and have not found anyone else as thorough as ADV. HCR. Murfreesboro based and family run for three generations! Give them a call for any of your HVAC needs. They do commercial as well.
