ADT Security Services

I love this company! At the beginning I was not that satisfied.. however my problems weren’t with ADT themselves, it was the ADT Authorized dealer! I deal with a lady by the name of Catina! She is amazing! She fixed everything and got the installer to come out ASAP to get the services switched over into my name! She literally took care of everything and held my hand through what she couldn’t and told me how to do everything! Not only has Catina went above and beyond her job title, she helps ease my mind and help me feel safe and protected because you can trust them!! You can definitely tell she loves her job and would do anything to make sure the customers are satisfied and protected!!
