Adam's Rib Smokehouse - North Liberty

Don’t let the unassuming exterior put you Off! This place makes DELICIOUS pork ribs!!! We had cole slaw, fries and Texas Toast as sides... all delicious! I wanted a local beer... didn’t know which to select and the girl behind the counter was very helpful, even offered me 2 tasting potions! Which I was glad she did, because I selected a beer I wouldn’t have if I hadn’t tasted it first! I’d love to Return!!!

Excellent BBQ! Their Texas toast is great, as is their meats. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

LOVED the food. Wasn't exactly what I was expecting. The environment is really laid back & chill.... I guess it reminded me of an actual picnic.
