The Worst Customer Service
I inquired Active Tax & Accounting for Payroll Reports and I was told "why do I need them". These are my records and I am entitled to have the records. The lady I spoke to in the Woodburn office was yelling, interrupting, keep saying her own agendas and b… Keep Readinglaming their customer for everything. Who in the right state of mind would be putting fingers and blaming the customer for their mistakes and incompetency. This is not the way to acquire business. She got so angry at the end and HUNG UP THE PHONE. I called back to make sure I get the reports but they refused to answer my phone call. Talk about a law suit. People beware do not work with Active Tax & Accounting. This is an extremely rude incompetent business. I am trying to help you avoid the misery. They don't know what they are doing.
