My husband and I knew that above all else- we wanted a wedding video to document our themed wedding. From the very beginning, Stephanie was a godsend. She got on Zoom with us the same day that I put in the request and shared all about her services and asked us thoughtful questions. My husband and I did not want a super traditional wedding and she helped us strike a balance between our quirky, unconventional requests and putting something that our moms would love :) On the day of our wedding, she was incredible- between dealing with crazy weather (lightning and thunder in the background of our ceremony and hail during our cocktail hour- followed by a double rainbow) and seemingly being a million places at once to get all of the footage. She got us our final product within her promised timeline (after having an extremely busy wedding season) and it was perfect. Truly perfect. The quality of the shots, the thoughtfulness of the editing, and how well she captured our personalities through the video was incredible. It was the best money we could have spent on our wedding. I have already watched the video many times and I would recommend Ace of Hearts over and over again to everyone in the Central Oregon area.
