SarahJean at the Bend store #3151 was amazing and really came through when there weren’t alot of other options available. She was knowledgeable, and professional and had great customer service. I would not have thought to use a place like this before, but would definitely do it again after the experience here.
I will give this location 5 stars for the great customer service provided by Sarah Jean & Mary Marie. Unfortunately, I would give it 3 stars for not having at least 2 staff at all times. I have had to leave without being helped (several times) because I couldn't wait 15 to 20 minutes for the ONE person working to help as many as 4 customers waiting in line. No one likes to wait; reference queuing models.
