Academy Street Bistro

We came here for lunch today and it was nice. The hostess was courteous and accomodating. Helping put a couple tables together with room for our stroller. The server was helpful and pleasant. They didn't have a printed kids menu but they had a kids burger and grilled cheese. We also had the crab cake burger and roast beef sandwich. All of which was yummy.

Had a great Monday here with my wife. The bruschetta was so fresh and delicious. Both of our mains were amazing and had great presentation. Ben was attentive and provided great service. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and were lucky the weather was perfect. The bread pudding was ok - maybe my muted response is we were so full at that point.

This place has been on my list to try for a long time, and thankfully found a last-minute opening when we ended up with a night out. Everything was incredible! From the great service by Kallie, to the perfect outdoor weather and seating, the environment was excellent. The food was absolutely amazing too! We split the mussels in a garlic sauce and WOW. We both also had the grilled caesar salads, which were amazing (one with anchovies, one with crab cakes), and we ended with creme brulee and coffee. We also enjoyed the drinks, particularly the Butterfly Effect martini and the white port for dessert. We will definitely be back!
