Above Grade Inspections

Lynn did a wonderful job! He was very thorough. I’m a first time home buyer and he explained everything to me. He told me the priority of things that should be fixed first, easy fixes that can save me headache in the long-run, and answered all my questions. He even showed me where to turn the levers and knobs on the gas fireplace when I want to turn it on. Use Above Grade Inspections for your home inspection!

David was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was extremely thorough and answered all questions/concerns. He returned our inspection report the same day, which is pretty incredible! It was very detailed with clear descriptors on everything of note. I would HIGHLY recommend David !

I had a great overall experience working with Above Grade Inspections. I had two inspections done on my home with Lynn & he did an excellent job in finding issues & also sending a report that was easy for me to understand. I can highly recommend this company for anyone looking to get their home inspected!
