It's been a pleasure doing business with Art Richards from ABI Insurance. I own a small practice and have worked with him for many years. He is so friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He often responds to my calls or e-mails promptly. Whenever there is a question that he can't answer, he'll go out of his way to find the right answer. I hope to continue our business with ABI Insurance for many years to come!

I worked with Mirabel Rodriguez to purchase insurance for both my car and my condominium. She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the issues involved and the available discounts, and responsive to my communications, and questions. We had several phone conversations and email exchanges with quotes before I opted to go into the ABI office to sign the paperwork in person once all the decisions had been made. It was so nice to have the personal contact with an agent, as opposed to navigating phone menus and talking to someone different each time I called an insurance company. I highly recommend ABI and Maribel in particular!
