Apr 8, 2022 Apartment move out
This was my second time using Abbey's carpet care and I will not use anyone else. He was able to get spots out of a carpet that has seen better days! Very impressed. Thank you.

Dec 12, 2021 Fresh bright carpets
We have an old dog who has used all our carpeting. Jim cleaned and removed the odors. He was warm, receptive to our needs as we discussed what to do with various heavy pieces of furniture, and a pleasure to work with. Our carpets (living room, 2 bedrooms, and hallway) are older and well-used, but they look brighter, smell fresh, and feel soft. We highly recommend Abbey Carpets and will use them again.

Dec 8, 2021 Great Service
Jim at Abbey Carpet care was fantastic to work with for our Carpet cleaning. He showed up on time, gave us a fair price and completed the job in a very professional manner. He was very respectful of our home and what we needed done. These are all the reasons we have continue to use Abbey Carpet Care over the last 20+ years and why we will continue to do so in the future. I highly recommend using their services if you want great service at a fair price.

Oct 4, 2021 Best Cleaning Ever
We’ve lived in our farm house for nearly 40 years and have had our carpets cleaned twice a year since we have been here. When Jim, from Abbey Carpet Care came to do ours last month, we were amazed. They have never looked so good. Jim was professional, respectful, helpful and so fun! To top it off we discovered Abbey Carpet cleans and seals stone floors also. Jim did a fantastic job on our kitchen. We highly recommend him and his company for your needs.

Aug 7, 2021 Above and Beyond
Jim and his crew were thorough, professional, and detailed. My 15 year old carpets look new and feel soft again. They were able to remove unsightly wrinkles that were impacting doors and becoming a tripping hazard. I can not even tell where the wrinkles are. They worked until the job was done and honored the quoted price. I highly recommend Abbey Carpet Care.

We used Abbey Carpet Care for a full house carpet cleaning this week. Jim Hedstrom was prompt, informative, and did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. He is also such a pleasant person to have in your home. I keep admiring the clean carpets as they look so fresh and clean. We are very pleased and will always call Abbey Carpet Care for our carpet cleaning.

Mar 18, 2021 Quality Service
I was in need of having my upholstery cleaned and was referred to Abbey Carpet Care. My experience with them was exceptional from the beginning! My hot water heater had to be replaced the same day as my appointment, and rather than rescheduling, they made sure their truck had enough water to complete the job and sent a backup truck, just in case (thanks Jim). Professional, friendly and great service! Each person takes pride in what they do and it shows. My furniture looks amazing and smells fresh!

Feb 25, 2021 Top Notch Service
I have been using Abbey for more that 5 years and continue to be pleased with their service. They are prompt, efficient and so professional to work with. Jim also repaired a burn hole in my carpet (thanks to a heat lamp) . He used a small swatch from a unused closet and I could hardly tell where the area was after he fixed it! I would recommend Abbey Carpet Care!

Dec 31, 2020 Very thorough and excellent service
They carpet cleaned the entire house in a morning using non toxic cleaners and no fragrances. I have allergies to fragrances. Their truck can provide all the water and waste. Great company

Jul 21, 2019 Great Experience
Justin and Chris were both professional and prompt. The cleaning was error free and the explanation of the process and type of techniques was informative. The type of carpet installed in my home prevented all the small stain removal. Though this had nothing to do with the crews performance, they gave me 10% off because they couldn't remove the stains. I can heartily recommend the team at Abbey Carpet Care and I will be using them again.
