Abby Carpet Care did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets at our rental. There were some significant spots -- all gone. It was easy to make an appointment. The service was efficient, with good communication. We are very happy with the results.
Jim was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We had some upholstery, carpet, and area rug cleaning done, plus some carpet stretching. Jim explained everything very well and offered the full price before starting, so no surprises. He also used an abundance of equipment from booties, rugs, corner-guards, etc to protect our home from any damage in the process. I highly recommend these guys!
About two years ago we had our old carpet cleaned by Jim. He also stretched the old carpet. He did a PERFECT JOB. He was very professional and absolutely knew what he was doing. We then called them to do some cleaning on two of our recliners. Eric came and did an admirable job on the chairs. I would NEVER use anyone else for my carpet or cleaning needs.............
We always use Abbey Carpet Care to clean our carpets. They are professional, punctual and do a great job.
Had carpet cleaning done on basement rooms with big stains and carpet wear. Work exceeded my expectations. Fantastic job and the space looks anazing. Very professional service answered all questions.
Have used for many years. Always great cleaning service, thorough and on time. The price is very reasonable. Continue to use and recommend to one and all. Thank you, especially to Jim
Our carpets had not been cleaned for over four years. Jim answered all our questions and then did a very thorough job with the cleaning. We appreciate the great service.
Great job on hallway and bedroom. Our family room was still damp after 48 hours and stains still show.
Best cleaning we’ve had in years from other carpet cleaners. Will recommend to friends and neighbors. Jim was super nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely use him again.
We’ve been using Abbey carpet cleaning for five years, and they have always provided amazing service. They are on time, efficient, pleasant and our carpets are very clean when they leave. We’ll continue to use them in the future.
Abbey’s always does a great job cleaning my carpets. I had the whole house done and he was thorough and fast. He was very pleasant to talk with. All around easy process and is why I’ve gone to this company for the last couple of years to get my Holidays started off right.
Really nice people. They cleaned and stretched our carpet and it looks like new. Great job cleaning a few pieces of upholstery too. Attentive to detail. They aim to please. We have used them before and will continue to use them in the future.
Working with Abbey Carpet Care was easy. The scheduling was convenient. The service was delivered on on time. Everything was explained. I now have carpets that look like new again. Jim is great to work with. I will use them again in the future.
Abbey Carpet does a great job! We have had our carpets and tile cleaned by them. They are reliable and professional and their work is thorough and reasonably priced.
We had four upholstered chairs that needed a deep clean and they now look like new, as does our throw rug. Excellent service, polite and prompt!
We needed to have the carpeting in our master bedroom stretched to remove a few wrinkles. I was able to use the convenient online scheduler to make an appointment. Eric arrived promptly, assessed the situation, explained the solution and provided an estimated time for completion. He was courteous, professional and efficient. The carpet looks fantastic!
We’ve been using Abbey Carpet Care for several years. They are thorough, pleasant, and very good value!
Thanks for the professional service by Erik! He arrived on time, worked quietly and provided expected results. He also educated me what to expect in the following 18-24 hours as the carpets dried. Thanks to the entire Abbey Carpet Care employees from scheduling to completion.
Fast, Friendly, great job at working on our carpets! Will contact again if need other services in the future for sure!
We had carpets cleaned in 4 areas and 1 carpet stretched and 7 upholstered chairs cleaned. Everything came out looking brand new even though 2 carpet areas were 20+ years old. Very pleased. The owner Jim was professional and did a fantastic job as well as being very personable. We won’t hesitate to call on them again. We got the best of the best!!
