Aaron Overhead Doors Buford

Excellent service! Garage door wouldn’t even open manually, so needed service ASAP. From the time I filled out an online appointment request to the time that I completed my service with Joe, everything was done professionally. Office was prompt, easy to work with & courteous. My garage doors hadn’t been serviced in a while, and Joe helped me understand my options for fixing and upgrading where I needed. He worked quickly and everything is now operating as it should and even better in some ways where we installed maintenance free parts. The stars aligned, and now all fixed in less than 24 hours from finding the issue. Amazing! Would absolutely hire again!

We had a great experience working with Aaron Overhead Doors! It was an easy and wonderful experience from beginning to end, starting with our salesperson, Lynn, who was absolutely lovely, to our installer, Matt, who did a wonderful job installing the door! Lynn was so knowledgeable of all products and helped us choose the perfect door for our home. Matt was kind enough to notice a small flaw upon installation and submit a warranty claim on our behalf to have it fixed. That alone shows how much this company cares for their clients and the experience that they offer. I highly recommend!

Everything was great From the start. Was able set appointment on Memorial Day evening. Someone called early the next day to confirm appointment. Chris the technician called to let me know he come earlier and showed up on time. He was very pleasant and professional. He explained everything he was going to do along with pricing, and in an hour or so he had everything operating smoothly. I want to Aaron Overhead Doors and Chris for an excellent experience.
