A Welcome Haven Yoga

I never thought I could do yoga, especially at age 67, and then I met Maria at A Welcome Haven Yoga. Maria encourages her students to do what works for our individual bodies, and I always feel more relaxed and more flexible after a class. Classes are held outside during the nice weather and at her beautiful new yoga studio situated in the woods during the cold weather. Did I mention that Maria has the best sense of humor, so even when you may be in an uncomfortable position, you can't help but laugh along with her. I highly recommend Maria and A Welcome Haven Yoga.

First and only Yoga classes I’ve ever taken. A Welcome Haven is exactly that! Maria is wonderful! The class space is a sanctuary nestled in the woods - peaceful and beautiful. Summer classes outdoors by the beach, in a park. Very grateful to have found her!

Maria's instruction and the beautiful studio she has created offer a peaceful yoga experience that keeps the focus on the mat. I've joined Maria for private sessions and her ability to lead a practice according to my needs is spot on.
