A Superior Property Management Company

We have been renters with A Superior for a couple years now and I can't think of a single complaint. What I can think of is how amazing their team is to work with. Kristen Vance was an absolute God send in a difficult situation for my family and I and she truly had a heart and cared about and helped to resolve it. Unlike most property management companies they actually care about their tenants. If you're looking to rent in Bend I'd higher suggest looking for their properties first.

These folks are remarkable! We have used them twice to help with our rental and both times the process has been easy and very very dependable. They make it effortless to find excellent renters for your property and take care of all the details so all you have to do is sign the agreement and start collecting rent. They are well worth the money, believe me!

A Superior Property Management has been managing my 11 unit apartment building the last 7 years. They are absolutely amazing! ASPMC is the first firm I've encountered who do regular inspections of each unit, complete with photos and a summary of items that may need addressed. They are professional, friendly, efficient and courteous. ASPMC has also done a great job finding tenants, so that my vacancy rate has been next to nothing. Best of all, I rarely feel the need to make my own on-sight visits. They have an excellent team of repair vendors, and have kept expenses very reasonable. My highest accolades for ASPMC!
