Caleb was very knowledgeable & helpful. The experience was pleasant & I can now stop saying "What?" every 2 seconds & have the TV down below 99. The prices were very reasonable compared to other vendors. The testing process was amazing. Other places I had tested had "beep" that didn't diagnose my problems. I highly recommend Caleb & the center.
