A & A Physical Therapy

Andrew is the 1st person that has given me relief after my knee replacement in 3 1/2 years. i have had several procedures completed to give me relief or figure our why I have the sensitivity and pain on knee when pants cover it or when I use it fully. I started with A & A Physcial Therapy 2 months ago and for the 1st time can bend my knee and wear pants over it with no discomfort since the replacement..

I don’t know where to start… Adam and Andrew are the most genuine and caring PT’s I’ve every had. They take the time to listen to your concerns and figure out a plan. They are amazing at dry needling and really help me feel my best when I leave! They are funny and that makes it fun to visit and not dreadful! Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone other than these guys!!

I can't say enough good things about A&A Physical Therapy. I started with them when they were in Hermitage in June of 2022 after I had knee surgery and was wheelchair-bound for 6 weeks. I saw both Andrew and Adam, and they were both very professional yet with a down-home kindness I haven't experienced at other physical therapists. They worked with the mobility in my knee, and I was up and walking in the prescribed time. I am now seeing them in their new Mt. Juliet office for pain in my levator scapulae muscle which has caused some sleepless nights, and through massage and exercises, this is improving as well. If you want excellent care and to be treated like an old friend and not as just another patient, A&A is the place to go!
