A-1 Plumbing Inc

We hired A-1 to video scope the sewer line of a house we are about to purchase. Juan was on time and very professional and friendly. I received text and email updates about my appointment, as well as a phone call from Juan as he was on route to our site! He was quick and gave a great thorough report on what he discovered in the scope. My only reason for giving 4 stars is the additional fee(s) for having to scope through the roof vent were a bit unexpected and higher than the cost range discussed with me on initial phone call. I would still very much recommend A-1, and the fee was worth my peace-of- mind having the inspection done!

Excellent customer service, very friendly & nice technicians. Listened to our needs as customers. Provided quality work. Very happy with the reasonable service rates. Provided us with reasonable & quality estimates for future work on our new home. Very happy with A-1 Plumbing Inc.

It was great to meet and talk with Frank and Oscar. Frank, the senior technician, took time to explain what could be done, and what he would recommend if it were his house. Later when I had more questions, he was prompt to return my calls as well. I had a laundry room sink installed, and it looks great. Thank you!
