We hired A-1 to video scope the sewer line of a house we are about to purchase. Juan was on time and very professional and friendly. I received text and email updates about my appointment, as well as a phone call from Juan as he was on route to our site! He was quick and gave a great thorough report on what he discovered in the scope. My only reason for giving 4 stars is the additional fee(s) for having to scope through the roof vent were a bit unexpected and higher than the cost range discussed with me on initial phone call. I would still very much recommend A-1, and the fee was worth my peace-of- mind having the inspection done!
