Jose is amazing! After a terrible cut in November he managed to fix the damage and help prepare my sons hair to grow out similar to the style he wanted originally. Yesterday we went back and he worked with my son knowing how nervous he was after such bad experiences and not only reassured him but gave him a perfect cut. I 100% recommend this shop and José, fun environment and stellar work!

Love this place, both the owner and her staff are fantastic! I also like that I can book an appointment with the Vagaro app, which allows me to see availability in real time. The shop is always upbeat and full of energy. Alex does a great job and I enjoy popping in for a quick trim.
Alex and Jose are so amazing! Entertaining, welcoming and extremely talented. I know there is another shop with a better Google ratings in Albany, but from personal repeated experience, TRUST ME, come here.
