405 Body Contouring

I bought a Groupon deal for this and was pretty skeptical but the reviews were enough to try it out. It was SUPER relaxing, the staff was very friendly, I lost a total of 4 inches immediately and I felt extremely light and relaxed for the rest of the day! The full program is not something everyone can do, unfortunately. They aren't open after 4pm so to be consistent you would have to be a virtual worker or retired/not working to be able to go twice a week. It is also expensive, but if I could afford it I do think it would be worth the price! It's perfect for wealthy stay-at-home women/men.

The staff is amazing. Crystal is very knowledgeable in helping you choose the correct supplements your body needs and also helpful with nutrition. I look forward to my relaxation time and how I feel after. I very much recommend this place.
