#1 Kentucky Home Inspections

John is extremely thorough and answers any questions you may have. We love that he does a walkthrough with potential buyers. He shows and explains everything he finds. We have worked with him twice now and we were pleased with him both times.

Very in depth and pays very close attention to details. He inspects your home or future home with a fine tooth comb! He is very friendly, personable and professional. Answers all questions with detail. If your brand new to the home buying process like I am he makes it easy! I highly recommend John!

John was incredibly thorough with the home inspection, and took time to explain anything I did not understand. I appreciated how detailed his inspection report was, and that he included a large number of pictures. The whole process was quick and efficient.
