Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of when needed!

Does not reply to emails for weeks and MONTHS. We were charged for a vehicle we reported sold in November 2025 but it was not removed for 4 months until we received new card for the vehicle in March 2026 and we had to call in again. SF would not refund full 4 months and has been 7 MONTHS now of trying to get Donald Rose to help us in any way with no results still and no replies to multiple requests. What do we have to do to get help?!?!

Terrible service

They sent me the wrong item, wouldn't refund me for the amount and screwed me around for a month. So stuck with the wrong yarn. won't even honor their return policy with the receipt.

Sewer Line Repair

I found Superior Mile High Plumbing on Google when I needed a drain cleaning at my home in Aurora. During the inspection, Hector discovered that my sewer line needed to be repaired. Instead of making me feel pressured, he took the time to explain everything, showed me the camera footage, and walked me through all of my options so I could make a well-informed decision. Hector was professional, respectful, friendly, and always showed up on time. The repair at my home in Aurora was completed quickly over just a couple of days, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. He answered every question I had and truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Everything is working perfectly now, and I couldn't be happier with the results. INCOMPETANCE at the HIGHEST LEVEL

Referred here by the primary care doctor. He suggested I go in person to set an appointment. (he knew there were issues) Entered office at 1pm. Lights on, doors unlocked, empty. No one there. Creepy if not disturbing, lack of security. Phoned to make an appointment. A I scheduling would not make an appointment. Not even 8 months out. Finally got a live person. Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out. Gave insurance. 4 hours before the appointment, voice mail was left stating there was an issue with my insurance. I was to bring $300. If I cancelled, there would be a $50 cancel fee. I left voice mail to cancel. I will be curious if they send me a bill for $50. Talk about INCOMPETENT BIZ. RUN RUN RUN AWAY from this biz. If you are not crazy before going, you will be after dealing with them !!!! LOL

Excavation Services

Pipe It Up Team showed up on time. Quickly got started on the job. Laid down plastic and tarps. Created an containment and removed anything from area that could get damaged. Explained the whole process of repair with me then started to jack hammer and saw cut flooring for my Sewerline repair. Job and workmanship was really professional and then they did a technique called pipe bursting and was able to replace majority of our line. This is the first time I heard of a trenchless repair but am very thankful for the affordable plumbing cost extensive work that was performed. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Zero accountability, zero communication

My husband was referred to Dr. Arunpreet Kahlon after his heart markers were high. After running tests, no further communication was made. As this was a heart matter, we requested a call back from Dr. Kahlon three times but he refused to return the phone call to assist us with what the tests meant, how to move forward, etc. Zero accountability, zero communication but 100% invoice for "services" arrives at our home. Steer clear.
