Elaine Hanks believes that medicine is a team approach with the patient as the leader. She takes time to learn about her patients and their perceptions of their needs. Then, together they work on goals for health, prevention and resiliency for the future. She is a strong advocate for exercise and a healthy diet as keys to good health. Elaine graduated with her FNP from OHSU in 2015. Prior to that she had been an RN since 1979. She has years of experience caring for patients and families.
