Cancelled on me last minute costing me a $40 fee!

I scheduled with Molly’s to clean my rental on my move out date. They sent me an appointment confirmation email and said they would be at my place to clean on that date. However, the next week on the day of the appointment they messaged me a few hours before the appointment and said they were unable meet their prior commitment. They said they needed me to fill out extra information, but instead of saying I should fill it out or they would have to cancel, they just cancelled. I had to schedule with another cleaner and pay a $40 expedited fee. This was peak unprofessionalism. You might be thinking they just don’t understand how inconvenient it is to have this type of late cancellation. Except you’d be wrong, they charge $50 cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours. So they do understand that a late cancellation is bad, but only if you do it. If they are the ones to cancel you are hung out to dry and have to figure out other plans. I highly recommend finding a more reliable cleaner. Trying to work with them cost me time, $50, and a headache.

“Don’t have time”. - Brook

“Don’t Have Time.” — Brook Booked a cut and color three weeks in advance with Brook for my daughter. When we arrived, no one greeted us. After we mentioned our appointment, we sat and waited. Brook eventually took my daughter back, barely brushed her hair, then told her she “didn’t have time.” My daughter texted me from the chair asking me to come back. When I did, Brook stood just inches from my face, repeating, “I don’t have time.” I asked if I might’ve booked the wrong service — no answer. I asked if we could at least do a cut only — again, she just repeated, “I don’t have time.” We left feeling dismissed and confused. We had booked weeks in advance and received no apology or explanation.

5 Stars To The Parker Lawn Care

Billy & his Team at the Parker Lawn Care really did an amazing job on my Hedges & Tree Trimming. The front of my house had gotten over-grown & out of control to where it made it difficult to walk up to my front door. Billy tackled that monstrous job & didn't charge me an arm, leg & lung to make my yard once again look presentable!!!! Billy & his Team are very professional, accurate & efficient. I am recommending The Parker Lawn Care to anyone who wants their lawn, hedges, trees & yard to get a upgraded manicure!!!! I am extremely pleased with the services Billy provided & absolutely will be enlisting The Parker Lawn Care for future services!!!!! Thank You Billy!!!!

Customer service was great!

I ordered flowers to be delivered, but they were not what I ordered when they arrived. When I called Loganville Flower Basket, the owner said she would redo the arrangement. She did so, and it was delivered in about two hours. The correct arrangement was beautiful. Great customer service. I will be back if I ever have another need for flowers.
