As an out of state buyer, Zach was great to work with. He was always willing to give us virtual tours when something came on the market that we were interested in. He was also incredibly helpful when we got opportunities to see homes in person. He really understood what we were looking for. We feel that Zach really cared about making sure we got a home that we were happy with, that served our needs; rather than pushing more expensive homes. He also was great to work with when things fell through at inspection, handling a frustrating process, and continuing search, with grace and optimism. Definitely recommend Zach Hosford!
