Zac came highly recommended and he lived up to our expectations. He was great with helping us navigate the difficult task of finding the perfect home for us. When we did finally find the right home, Zac was a master negotiator and got us a great deal. We are grateful for his help. We highly recommend his services. Thank you again Zac!
Zac was reccomended by a friend who had worked with him in the past. Following our first phone call I knew we made the right choice. He set us up with a great lender also by reccomendation. His responses were timely, and every house I wanted to see he made happen to work around our busy schedules. He was straight with us, explained things in ways we would understand, and made sure to stay in touch through the entire process. He guided us into a new chapter and home for my family and I couldn't be more grateful. He made the entire process seem easy, which I know it wasn't! Definetly would work with him again if we ever need to and highly reccomend him to any looking to navigate their home buying/selling journey.
We had an excellent experience working with our realtor, Zac Hoffman, in the Keizer/Salem area. His attention to detail was outstanding, and he consistently kept us informed throughout the entire process. His communication was clear, timely, and reliable, giving us confidence every step of the way. Zac is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in his clients’ success. Even after the purchase, he provided trusted contacts and contractors to assist with the renovations we had planned. Having worked with other realtors in the past, we can confidently say he is among the very best. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase property in the Keizer/Salem area.
Start to end this was the best real estate experience I could have ever wished for as a first time home buyer. Zac was experienced, down to earth and helped us in every way possible to find the right home. He steared us away from houses that were red flags while also educating us on every step of the process the whole time. After meeting with a few other realtors but were not good match beforehand, Zac was a breath of fresh air when we realized he had our best interest at heart. I would recommend Zac and his team to anyone on the hunt for a new home. Especially first time home buyers!
Zac found us a great home. He was always very responsive and communicative every step of the way. He did his best to answer all our many questions in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend him.
