Yvonne helped us with the purchase of our condo in the Pearl. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile are her biggest strengths. We appreciated Yvonne very much and would continue to use her for future purchases.
My husband and I recently purchased a condo in Portland, Oregon, and we couldn't be happier with the experience we had working with Yvonne Blewett. We first met Yvonne several years ago at an open house and stayed in touch over the years. She consistently kept us informed about the Portland real estate market and provided valuable updates that helped us understand market trends and opportunities. When we were ready to start seriously looking for a condo, Yvonne was incredibly helpful. She promptly gathered all the information we wanted on the properties we were considering and made sure we had the details needed to make informed decisions. Her knowledge of the Portland condo market is outstanding, and her attention to detail gave us confidence throughout the entire process. Thanks to Yvonne's expertise, we were able to purchase a wonderful condo at a great price. She was professional, responsive, and always looking out for our best interests. We would absolutely work with Yvonne again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Portland area.
Yvonne Blewett was invaluable in guiding us through our long-distance purchase of a penthouse in the Pearl District. She is a full-service Real Estate Advisor with extensive knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of condo buildings across the broader Portland market. She is a strong advocate for her clients throughout negotiations and escrow. A steady hand through what can sometimes be stormy seas. Moreover, her CPA background brings the attention to detail necessary when making deals, which, for many of us, are among the largest of our lifetimes. Finally, ask her about her successful appeals of Multnomah County property tax assessments. A master of her craft, she is warm, responsive, and eminently capable! Two enthusiastic thumbs up!
Yvonne is an absolute professional. She puts her clients above all else and it shows. I’m impressed by her responsiveness, organization, and commitment to a smooth process from start to finish. I truly appreciate how proactive and communicative she is—she’s the kind of agent you want on your team.
Yvonne was always professional and generous with her time. She worked with me for about three years, as I was debating a move from San Francisco to Portland. She always accommodated my schedule when I visited and consistently forwarded me listings of available properties. She hit the jackpot with the condo I purchased, negotiating a favorable price in a very short time frame. Many extras that I had not anticipated were included. She was definitely my advocate. I was buying and selling a property at the same time. I hadn't purchased property in decades. I used up a lot of Yvonne's quality time complaining about almost every aspect of these transactions. I very much appreciated her patience and guidance through the challenges. She hand held me through the documentation and multiple requests for information on both the purchase and the sale (in which she had no vested interest) sides of the transaction. She was a shining star in a seriously murky time. I also appreciate beyond words her being there for my daughter who lives in Portland and was managing some of the details on my behalf. I am grateful for all she did on my behalf.
