Very efficient, professional, and competent. I love Dr. Wong. She listens to her patients and takes the time to make certain all my needs are addressed. She truly demonstrates a higher level of care than the average office. And the clinic staff were very efficient and professional. I was grateful for the manner in which they attended to my privacy. Great job! Front office staff was “Johnny on the spot” for making certain I had my follow up appointment and scheduled and able to answer my questions related to my insurance. Great staff!

E.R. staff took almost an hour after repeated requests, to update my wife on my condition. Not good. Regular staff did really good job tending to me once I was moved to a room. Had E.R. doctor/staff been more attentive to my wife's concerns, I would have given a 5 star rating.

Doctor Flores is the best. He listens carefully and you can have a conversation with him, which goes back-and-forth to help you and he make the right decisions with your healthcare in mind. l highly recommend doctor Flores to anyone who asks for a physician in Yuma.
