I started working with Bill Futrell back in 2012 when I bought my first Portland house, below asking. He then helped my mom buy a condo when there were 17 offers on it back in 2014. 10 years later, I'm a single mom with much poorer prospects and many obstacles that stand between me and owning a home, but Bill is still here. He answers email very quickly, is incredibly helpful, and will do anything he can do get you a good deal. And if something isn't a good deal, he will say it instead of trying to get a sale. I wouldn't work with anyone else and recommend him to everyone I know.

    We felt like it was a serendipitous moment the day my husband and I were out walking a neighborhood in Lake Oswego and met a man and his dog who gave us the name of his realtor/friend Mignon Ervin with Windermere Realty Trust. We used Mignon for the purchase of two properties in Lake Oswego while in California; one property sight unseen. Mignon is long time resident of Lake Oswego. She brings 20+ years of experience, professionalism and has a keen understanding of the current highly competitive market. Mignon is an excellent communicator with a style that is professional yet lighthearted which eased the hard edges of our stress. She is the very best advocate; always one step ahead with strategies to get the job done. We would highly recommend Mignon Ervin to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a home. Mignon is top-notch!
