GREAT COMMUNICATION AND FOLLOWUP

We sold our entire portfolio of residential rental properties over the past couple of years. Chris did an outstanding job of getting us the maximum price and good qualified buyers and handled every aspect of sale, listing, staging, offers and all the rules and regulations involved with several 1031 exchanges without a single blip! Here consistent timely communications and follow through were second to none that I've ever experienced. I would strongly recommend Chris in any real estate transaction and would gladly use her again when the need arises.

    The Stewarts are the best!

    Chris and Gerry have been true professionals. We started our journey in the investing arena with Chris and Gerry, with our first rental property almost 2 decades ago and many transactions later we are still working with Chris and Gerry. I have recommended them to our friends and even my mother after my father passed. Chris and Gerry are very knowledgeable, experienced, and respected. I would recommend them to anyone and have!

    Set up my elderly neighbor

    My neighbor needed just the right person to hold his hand while he sold some property. I introduced him to Chris and she was the perfect fit. She patiently walked him through a very successful process at over market value.
