5-Star Review of Willamette Terrace Apartments

Very peaceful well kept property and incredibly helpful staff. Maintenance is quick and attentive any time repairs are needed and i feel like my child is safe to play outside. Ideal place to live.

I’ve been here a couple years and love the neighborhood, safe, quiet and well maintained place to live. Apartment manager, Jessica, is always helpful. The assigned parking and overflow are never a problem.

My mom has lived at Willamette terrace for over 15 years. We have watched it grow into this beautiful community. Their pool is really nice on a hot summer day. The landscaping is impeccable. They are animal friendly. The new landlord is so personable and efficient. Fidel Fidel the new maintenance supervisor is very prompt and pleasant.

I moved into Willamette Terrace about a year ago. Then my husband and I got married and he moved in after. We have loved it ever since. It is the perfect location. We love walking around the neighborhood and going to the local restaurants. Apartments are newly renovated. The complex is very quiet too which we love. Jessica is very kind and helpful with the leasing and renewing process. I’d recommend to a friend to live here.
