Extended hardwood, refinishing entire area

Bill was very prompt in returning my initial phone call and scheduling a consultation. We were looking at installing wood into an area that was not wood and would be joining an area with existing wood, creating one large room. The older wood area needed to be refinished with the new area matching. Bill reassured us this could be done, that it would match and flow as one area. He gave us a bid that included several options. We chose to have his company do the entire job which included removing old flooring, installing new wood to match the old, refinishing entire area. Our job was scheduled fairly soon after signing the contract.
The crew showed up consistently as scheduled. They were very professional, polite as well as being friendly with our dog! We especially appreciated how well they communicated and helped us to understand the process, choices. From the initial consultation, throughout the actual work to its final completion we felt that communication was very good, the people involved friendly, professional, easy to be around. The floors are beautiful, old and new flowing as one. Thank you Bill & Crew! - Teresa P. Hardwood floors Willamette Valley, Oregon
