Balance mistake
I was pleased you worked with me to find a mistake in my balance and helped me solve the problem. Thank you again for not just assuming you were right!

Excellent work
Thank you for your recent assistance to purchase our building. Frank was thorough, patient, and willing to think outside the traditional banking box to help make it happen. We're very grateful for all of your help.
