DON'T DO IT! Automated answering service is a joke! Owner sits on his butt at home and calls someone to go do a job. When you make the appointment he doesn't show and DID NOT CALL that he would be late! NO SHOW!! SAD case. Most non professional plumbing I have experienced!
He remedied the problem we had words cause he was not listening but I did disrespect his Craft cause I wanted what I wanted. I will say he is a upstanding man and a MASTER AT HIS CRAFT
Excellent service. Courteous prompt.Fair priced and when there was an issue with our toilet they promptly responded and returned to resolve the issue. Recommend them above all name brand companies in Waco area. Didn’t have to wait 3 to 5 days before arriving. Jimmie B
Very helpful and were able to come to my house within 20 minutes of my call. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I was expecting the bill to be higher than it was. I had to call them again today for a different problem, so yes, I will use them again.
I called White’s Plumbing after call others in Waco, one company they just hung up after I told them I was in Riesel. Was told that they wouldn’t be able to make it till probably 4:30 the next day. That was ok, but at about 9:30 there was a knock at the door. They were here! They were able to fix the problem in no time! Very nice and professional, definitely keep them on speed dial if I have any problems. Highly recommend 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
