Do Not Recommend Him at All
I can say in all my time of seeing different Doctors / specialist / NP in my life, I never had a bad experience until I was a patient of DR. Ortega. I had seen him a few times to address some minor health issues, (Sinus infection and stomach issues) and he is just a very cold doctor. for Very little empathy for the patient (if any).
