Worst Experience Possible

After falling on a tough break we were unable to go ahead with the purchase of a trailer. With much disappointment I went into the Kelowna location to get my deposit back (which they had already took to the bank)when the business manager Rob stepped right up to my face and called me a liar and time waster. I was shocked. I had said we could no longer afford to move ahead with the purchase. He started yelling at me right in my face so close I could smell the cigarette smoke on his breath. This all happened in the showroom in front of all the staff and customers. I was so horribly embarrassed and very angry. Never in my life have I been so humiliated and disgusted by a person. This was the worst show of professionalism I have ever seen. He proceeded to say he lost 3 sales that week and we were all liars about falling on hard times and to take my deposit and buy somewhere else. It is unimaginable what he said and how he acted. Feel free to contact your staff at the Kelowna location to confirm his horrible antics. We were hoping in the spring we would be able to get the trailer we loved so much. Now we will not only never step foot in a western RV dealer again, we will go out of our way to discourage anybody from ever considering them as an option. I expect action on this matter from head office.
